• These can be used upto a maximum of about 8 m² clear area without ball bearings and upto a clear area of about 12 m² with ball bearings.

• The bottom lock plate is a fabricated bar at bottom of rolling shutter curtain to lie against the sill. It has the side bolts, pulling handles, etc.
